E & I Ventures is a venture capital firm focused primarily on making minority equity and debt investments in early stage technology businesses (traditionally the seed, angel, and series A stages).

We are often drawn to companies that have recently completed a transformational event or proof of concept, and thus are undergoing a transition, either operational or strategic, which we believe we can help navigate.
